Job summary

Martin Incorporated is seeking an On-Site Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for customers, supporting purchasing, engineering, and manufacturing teams. You will grow the business, identify cost-savings, and drive process improvements while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

The role requires coordinating with the Inventory Control Specialist, entering orders, and providing regular sales and performance reporting. Full-time, on-site, with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office highly desirable.
• Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for customers and internal teams.
• Manage ERP-based orders, inventory, and reporting.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports on sales and fill rates.
• Coordinate with Sales on quotes and value-added services.
• Ensure PPE and safety work processes are followed.
