3DCP Companies seeks a Construction Project Manager to oversee two production phases, digital printing oversight and field operations. You will coordinate with the Operations Manager and Pre-construction team to ensure plans, specs, schedules, and safety standards are met.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving, and clear communication in a fast-paced construction setting. Training salary starts at $60,000 per year with potential for $95,000 after training, plus a 20%

Qualifications

• Hands-on concrete materials knowledge and troubleshooting.
• Ability to operate and service industrial machinery and automate construction equipment.
• Strong leadership and communication under pressure.
• Familiarity with CAD/BIM concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production plans and schedules.
• Monitor digital files, print paths, and machine parameters; troubleshoot issues.
• Lead field crews during equipment mobilization, setup and daily operations.
• Perform quality control and enforce site safety policies.
