Job summary

3DCP Companies is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for large-scale 3D construction printing projects. You will oversee digital production and hands-on mobilization, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence across multiple sites.

The role requires strong concrete experience, machinery troubleshooting, and the ability to manage teams in dynamic environments, including domestic and international travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in concrete materials, methods, batching, rheology, and QC.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial machinery and robotics; CAD/BIM knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; valid driver license and passport for deployments.
• Technical certifications in construction or robotics are highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor digital production, machine parameters, and print progress; adjust as needed.
• Diagnose and resolve issues during active print cycles (digital, mechanical, material, software).
• Lead mobilization and field leadership for equipment setup and deployment.
• Ensure site readiness, safety standards, and adherence to plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers and field crews to ensure execution quality.
