We are seeking a dynamic 3DCP Construction Project Manager to serve as the critical bridge between project management, digital production, 3D printing execution, and hands-on field operations.
Position Summary The Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing projects assigned by the Operations Manager and/or Pre-construction Department. The Project Manager ensures that all construction activities are executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, project schedules, and company standards.
This role spans two critical phases of production: digital production oversight while the printer is operating and hands-on leadership during equipment mobilization, setup, and field operations. The Production Lead must transition seamlessly between remote technical troubleshooting and direct field crew management while maintaining print quality, job-site safety, equipment reliability, and schedule adherence.
Success in this role requires strong technical judgment, effective communication, proactive problem- solving, and the ability to coordinate personnel, equipment, and production activities in a fast-paced construction environment.
Paid Training: 8-week paid training program based in Tooele, UT at $60,000/year salary (begins within 2 weeks of hire).
Post-Training Salary: $95,000/year salary upon completion.
