Job summary

Green Bay Packaging Inc. in De Pere, WI is seeking a Shipping Clerk to move finished goods from production to warehouse and on to customers. This on-site role demands precision, safety and 100% inventory accuracy in a high-volume environment.

The position supports 2 PM–10 PM shifts, with overtime as needed; training is provided for candidates with the right mechanical aptitude and work ethic.

Qualifications

• Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs and operate a forklift for extended periods.
• Basic computer literacy for shipping documents and scans.
• Strong verbal and written communication to coordinate with dispatchers.
• Willingness to work 2nd Shift (2 PM - 10 PM).
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus; training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment including the Aisle Master forklift to unload and place goods in the warehouse.
• Use scanning technology to track inventory and ensure real-time accuracy.
• Accurately pick customer releases and stage products for transport.
• Verify labeling and generate Bills of Lading to ensure compliance.
• Protect products with appropriate materials and maintain loading logs.
• Maintain logs of loads, timestamps, and equipment inspections for efficiency.
