Hype Tier is seeking a dedicated Production Assistant to support creative and logistical teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations during production.

The role requires organization, reliability, and the ability to work in fast-paced settings, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in production and media.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s in film/media is a plus.
  • 1+ years in production, media, or event support is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs and work long hours.
  • Comfortable working in studio and field environments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist production managers with pre-production planning and on-site coordination.
  • Prepare, set up, and break down equipment and materials for shoots or events.
  • Manage scheduling, documentation, and supply inventory.
  • Coordinate crew members and external vendors.
  • Ensure all logistics and materials are ready for shoots or live events.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and professional set environment.
  • Handle pickups, deliveries, and production errands.
  • Serve as a point of contact for talent and crew during production days.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist production managers with pre‑production planning and on‑site coordination
