Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support the POD Model within the One Tier Sales Strategy. This on-site role provides vacation coverage for the Bulk Account Merchandiser and POD Merchandiser, coordinating with stores, merchandisers, and drivers to ensure route coverage and inventory management.

You will merchandise displays, execute promotions, manage orders, and build strong store relationships.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge acquired through 0-1 years of work experience.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilidades

• Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs.
• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders based on the assigned delivery frequency for each customer to ensure day-to-day success and contribute to revenue, volume, and gross profit.
• Executes applicable promotions and new products based on target lists, LOS initiatives, marketing promotions, POS, and plans to ensure excellence in RED scores for assigned customers.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor, handling returns of pallets and damaged/out-of-date product.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials on display and shelves where permitted; rotates products and checks vendor operations.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests, proactive pricing, and opportunities.
• May be first call point for late PM/early AM weekends, ensuring proper route coverage and acting as liaison between customer, merchandiser, and driver.
