Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support the POD Model in a 24/7 operation. You may cover vacations, coordinate with customers and drivers, and help execute route coverage and inventory management.

Ideal candidates have 0–1 year of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. This role involves physical work and exposure to store environments.

Formación

• Problem-solving skills required to identify and resolve route and inventory issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelves.
• Manages assigned customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products to maintain RED scores.
• Organizes back room and pallets, ensuring proper stock and display.
• Creates and distributes POS materials and ensures vendor operations.
• Builds strong relationships with store personnel through follow-up and pricing.”
• May cover weekend shifts and coordinate with customers, merchandisers, and drivers.
