Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Las Cruces, NM is hiring an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure Coca-Cola products are displayed prominently and always available. You will build displays, place POS materials, rotate stock, and coordinate with sales routes, Monday through Friday starting at 6:00am.

Starting pay ranges from $17.82 to $22.07 per hour, based on experience, with additional earning opportunities through performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.
