Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is hiring a Driver Merchandiser OnPremise responsible for delivering products to customer locations, stocking shelves and coolers, and maintaining rotation standards. This fast-paced role involves stocking, facing products, and serving as an ambassador for Coca-Cola's brands.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain CDL permit and pass DOT physical requirements.
• Experience in route delivery, stocking or merchandising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers on assigned route according to Company standards.
• Fill, merchandise, and rotate product on displays and in cold drink equipment.
• Maintain and organize Coca-Cola stock, including handling damaged or dated products.
• Set up and maintain merchandise displays and promotions.
• Ensure neat appearance of equipment and maintain a safe work environment.
• Foster relationships with account personnel and provide superior customer service.
