Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Capitol Heights is hiring a Driver Merchandiser OnPremise. You will deliver products to customer locations, stock shelves and coolers, and ensure proper rotation and presentation of our brands.

The role emphasizes courteous customer service, safety, and timely delivery. Prior route experience is preferred; CDL permit is required or pursued, with opportunities for growth and trainings provided.

Qualifications

• Must obtain CDL permit and pass and maintain DOT physical requirements
• Excellent safety record and reliable attendance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate basic equipment

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers on assigned route
• Fill, merchandise, and rotate products on displays and in coolers
• Maintain Coca-Cola stock and set up promotions as needed
• Ensure neat appearance of equipment and a safe work environment
• Build relationships with account personnel and provide quality service
• Record product, cash, and asset movements daily; complete vehicle inspections
• Perform other duties as assigned
