Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Driver Merchandiser OnPremise in Conway to deliver products to customer locations with courtesy and efficiency. You will stock shelves and coolers, rotate products, and serve as the brand ambassador for Coca-Cola products.

The role requires physical endurance, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work Monday through Friday starting at 5 AM. Training, mentorship, and opportunities for career growth are provided in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and integrity are required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and stay timely.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate manual/powered handling equipment.
• CDL permit and DOT physical requirements must be obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers on assigned route.
• Fill, merchandise, and rotate products on displays and in coolers.
• Maintain Coca-Cola stock and rotate product as needed.
• Set up and maintain merchandise displays and promotions.
• Ensure neat appearance of equipment and safe workplace.
• Build relationships with account personnel and provide customer service.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles.
