Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Monroe, LA is seeking a sales-focused professional to travel to customer sites and drive regional growth. You will meet monthly sales targets, secure promotional support, and manage in-store presentations while ensuring product freshness and proper placement.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience or 4–5+ years with a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift heavy product. A reliable vehicle is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of related experience or a high school diploma with 4–5+ years in a related field.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg product handling.
• Must maintain a clean driving record and auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales goals and actively acquire new business.
• Execute plans and promotions at retail; coordinate displays and POS materials.
• Maintain product date standards and quality control compliance.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory to minimize stockouts and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and shelf impact; perform other duties as assigned.
