Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a Sales Consultant to achieve sales objectives and manage an established territory focused on on-premise accounts such as bars and restaurants. The role may require evening or weekend hours to support promotions and tastings.

You will oversee territory management, account servicing, and administration while presenting products, pricing, and promotions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS college degree or related industry experience.
• Prior Route Sales Experience (highly preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Goals and results driven.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly.
• Local candidates preferred (no relocation package).

Responsibilities

• Territory Management: Ensure consistent customer contact.
• Plan and execute sales initiatives.
• Handle all customer related issues promptly and friendly.
• Selling: full understanding of products and pricing schedules.
• Make effective sales presentations.
• Achieve assigned company objectives and grow business.
• Identify and nurture new accounts.
• Merchandising: use POS to enhance selling efforts.
• Rotate products on shelves, displays, and cold boxes.
• Administration: adhere to company policies and procedures.
