Job summary

Analytica is seeking an experienced MLOps Engineer to automate secure deployment, evaluation, monitoring, and lifecycle management for on-prem AI services. You’ll build data pipelines, transform structured and unstructured data, and support AI-enabled decision tooling for federal clients.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team on secure, on-premise or hybrid environments, ensuring data governance and compliance while delivering scalable analytics platforms.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building, integrating, and operating data pipelines for ML, NLP, or analytics.
• Hands-on feature engineering, document processing, embeddings, curated datasets, and reproducible data workflows.
• Strong Python and SQL for data engineering and automation.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data and preparing data for AI/ML applications.
• Experience implementing data quality controls, provenance, metadata, versioning, lineage, and traceability.
• Clear technical documentation covering pipelines, schemas, dependencies, and operations.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance; Top Secret eligibility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines supporting ML, NLP, retrieval, and analytics.
• Prepare and transform structured and unstructured grants and financial data for AI/ML applications.
• Perform feature engineering, document processing, embedding generation, and dataset prep for AI workflows.
• Develop reproducible data transformations using Python, SQL, and data engineering tech.
• Ensure data quality, provenance, lineage, and source traceability across lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during iterative development and testing.
• Produce technical documentation on data architecture, pipelines, and operations.
