Accenture Federal Services seeks a System Administrator to operate and maintain enterprise applications with high availability in a secure environment. You will deploy and patch applications, plan builds, provide user support, and troubleshoot issues with teams to ensure timely, quality service.

Minimum two years of IT experience and one year as a system administrator are required; strong MS Office and technical writing skills, plus a US citizenship criterion.

Qualifications

• At least two years of IT experience.
• At least one year as a System Administrator for an on-premise application.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of technical writing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills.
• Ability to identify improvement areas and recommend solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; US citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain AFS enterprise applications with high availability.
• Deploy, upgrade and patch applications with proper planning and testing.
• Provide user support and troubleshoot issues with internal/external teams.
• Contribute to auditing processes and update procedures for quality and security.
• Patch Windows operating systems and support security initiatives.
