Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Senior Systems Administrator to provision, configure, and maintain highly available systems across enterprise federal environments. This role drives automation using Infrastructure as Code, manages hybrid and air-gapped environments, and provides technical mentorship to systems administration teams.

The position requires TS/SCI CI Poly clearance and experience with Windows/Linux servers, IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef), cloud platforms

Qualifications

• US Citizen with Active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance
• Experience managing Windows and/or Linux server environments
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
• Experience with cloud and hybrid-cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of system monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and performance optimization practices
• Experience with patch management, automation, and enterprise security controls
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with air-gapped hybrid cloud and on-premises operational environments
• AWS GovCloud/SC2S/C2S and GCP cloud platform experience
• Nutanix host and cluster configuration and management with Prism Central
• Cisco switching, routing, firewalling, and site-to-site functionality
• Experience with containerization and orchestration such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift
• Linux administration (Rocky, RedHat, Amazon, Ubuntu)

• Implement and optimize system reliability, performance, and security controls
• Strengthen cybersecurity posture through secure infrastructure management practices
