Job summary

Accenture Federal Services in Colorado Springs seeks a Cloud Systems Administrator with Windows and Linux administration skills to support multiple cloud environments and IaC pipelines. You’ll work across full IT project lifecycles, troubleshoot Windows and cloud-based systems, and help secure and optimize production environments.

Applicants should be comfortable collaborating with customers, documenting configurations, and enhancing automation with Ansible to deploy reliable, scalable solutions

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Cloud Systems Administrator with Microsoft Windows and Linux administration experience in support of a dynamic and engaging mission. This position will support multiple cloud environments, leveraging infrastructure as code with data flows crossing controlled interfaces, at multiple classification levels. In this role you will support solutions throughout the full IT project lifecycle, and provide technical support for Windows, cloud-based systems, and troubleshoot operational issues.

What you’ll be doing:

• Implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting, testing, and documenting system configurations (Win 2016/2019 & RHEL 7/8)
• Hardening systems to meet security standards
• Maintaining COTS & GOTS software
• Sustaining production systems (i.e., firewalls, file servers, security monitoring systems, etc.) that serve many end users
• Interfacing with customers in writing and via telephone to provide technical guidance designed to quickly resolve reported problems
• Debug and enhance/modify Ansible scripts to deploy
