Job summary

Robusta is seeking a DevOps Engineer focused on on-premises infrastructure to join our team. You will manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across systems and networks.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with infrastructure management, networking, and security, and is comfortable working in complex on-prem environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Proven on-premises IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong networking and security skills required.
• Hands-on with LAN/WAN/VPN and wireless networks.
• Experience with server administration and virtualization technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain on-premises IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking).
• Monitor performance to ensure availability and reliability.
• Perform updates, patches, and routine maintenance.
• Design, implement, and manage network configurations (LAN, WAN, VPN).
• Configure and monitor firewalls; manage security best practices.
• Administer user accounts, access control, backups, and recovery.
