Job summary

Xenon7 is seeking an AI Cybersecurity Engineer to join a prominent Egyptian financial institution. You will work on‑premises, threat-model AI/ML pipelines, and perform red‑team activities to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities before exploitation.

The role demands 5+ years in offensive security, deep knowledge of MITRE ATLAS and LLM security, and strong Python/Bash/Linux skills. Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and solid English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Offensive Security, Red Teaming or Advanced Penetration Testing
• Banking sector experience within regulated environment (Egypt)
• Expert knowledge of AI attack frameworks (MITRE ATLAS, LLM security)
• Proficiency with Linux, container tech, and secure MLOps pipelines
• Strong communication to non-technical stakeholders and fluent English

Responsibilities

• Lead predictive threat modeling for local AI/ML pipelines and data stores
• Perform AI red teaming and offensive simulations on on‑prem AI infrastructure
• Map findings to MITRE ATLAS tactics and ATT&CK techniques
• Hardening of on‑prem infrastructure, bare‑metal GPUs, Kubernetes/OpenShift
• Collaborate with SOC and data teams to build proactive detection use‑cases
