Snowshoe Mountain Resort is seeking a dynamic Pre-Ski School Supervisor for the winter season. You will oversee daily operations for children aged 2-4, schedule and train staff, and ensure a safe, engaging environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, willingness to ski, and knowledge of safety practices. Housing is available on-mountain for employees and benefits include skiing privileges and 401k options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Knowledge of safety practices essential.
• Willingness to learn to ski.
• Outdoor experience a plus.
• May require lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Program development: create and implement lesson plans for young children.
• Staff supervision: schedule, train, and manage staff to ensure safety and coverage.
• Guest service: handle guest concerns and ensure a positive experience for families.
• Record keeping: maintain registration, check-in/check-out, and incident records.
• Facility maintenance: keep the pre-ski school area clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Daily operations: manage activities, assist with meals, and supervise children outdoors.
• Team support: conduct staff meetings and recognize performance.
