Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train, develop and lead hourly employees to ensure cost-effective operation.
• Maintain safety, organize facilities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee cross-training and continuous improvement in processes and layout.
• Manage inventory, receiving, put-away, picking and shipping activities.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and ERP system entries.
• Lead on-floor work 70% of time, guiding team and operations.
