Job summary

Conagra Brands in Marshall, MO is seeking a hands-on Quality on the floor leader to drive food safety and quality execution on first shift. You will partner with production supervisors and operations to improve processes while maintaining high standards.

You will make real-time decisions, resolve issues, and reinforce expectations across the team. Responsibilities include coaching FSQRA staff, conducting GMP and sanitation audits, monitoring HACCP, leading investigations into complaints, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in manufacturing with supervisory or leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Food Safety Guidelines, GMP, HACCP, and FDA/USDA regulations.
• Experience leading teams and partnering with operations on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on FSQRA leadership on first shift on the production floor.
• Coach and hold teams accountable to food safety, quality, and operations goals.
• Collaborate with QA, Production, Sanitation, and Warehouse.
• Monitor HACCP and conduct GMP/sanitation audits.
• Lead investigations of customer complaints and implement CAPAs.
• Support hold, release, and disposition of products per policy.
• Assist with equipment evaluations and new installs.
