Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering with manufacturing experience.
• 2 years in a manufacturing environment; process or production engineering experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with automation and process improvement is valued.

Responsibilities

• Daily process monitoring on the production floor across multiple unit operations.
• Data collection, downtime tracking, and prioritization of improvement opportunities.
• Lead plant trials and partner with R&D to optimize process parameters.
• Perform root cause analyses (e.g., 5 Whys, fishbone) for equipment and process issues.
• Support safety, quality, and regulatory compliance (cGMP) across operations.
