Job summary

Vantage Oleochemicals, Inc. Englewood site is seeking a Production Engineer to own day-to-day manufacturing performance on a floor-based role supporting blending, encapsulation, milling, and downstream operations.

You will partner with operators, maintenance, and quality to drive real-time improvements and ensure safety and quality. Qualified candidates have a BS in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, 2+ years in manufacturing (API/cGMP a plus), and hands-on experience with process

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering and 2+ years in manufacturing.
• Experience with API/pharma manufacturing (cGMP) a plus.
• Hands-on operator floor collaboration and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Daily process monitoring on blending, encapsulation, milling, spray congealing, extrusion, and downpacking.
• Collect real-life data and maintain prioritized improvement opportunities.
• Lead process optimization through plant trials and cross-functional collaboration.
• Reduce unplanned downtime via structured root-cause analysis and preventive maintenance.
• Support deviation investigations, CAPAs, and change control.
