Job summary

Landmark Snacks Group is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive operational excellence on the manufacturing floor. You will observe processes, collect data, and partner with operators, supervisors, quality and maintenance to boost safety, quality, and productivity.

You will develop reports, dashboards and KPI metrics for leadership to identify gaps and opportunities, lead Lean, 5S and Kaizen initiatives, and help implement corrective actions while ensuring adherence to food safety

Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field preferred.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing, operations, data analysis, or continuous improvement experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Observe production processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collect production, quality, downtime, labor, waste, and efficiency data.
• Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, scorecards, dashboards for management.
• Lead problem-solving using Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Document new procedures and update standard work instructions.
