Qualifications

• 4+ years on‑farm dairy management experience.
• Experience in core dairy production areas and strong operational understanding of commercial dairies.
• Technology and data proficiency.
• Strong communication and follow‑through.
• Willing to train the right candidate or intern.
• Ability to travel; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate dairy operations using on‑farm observations, production data, and Nibbana tools.
• Identify constraints, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop actionable recommendations and implementation plans.
• Support adoption of new processes, technologies, and workflows.
• Produce professional Field Service Reports, Maintain accurate documentation and client records, Build trusted relationships with dairy owners, managers, and advisors.
