Tailored Brands in Evansville, IN is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager to coach the team, drive sales, deliver exceptional service, and run daily store operations on the manager-on-duty shift.

You will help recruit and develop staff, train on POS and brand standards, and foster an inclusive, engaging store environment while aligning with company directives. This role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on customer experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative individual who demonstrates good judgement and is tuned-into the pulse of the business.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to lead staff to achieve sales, service, and operational goals when on duty.
• Coach team to elevate customer experience and maintain brand standards.
• Use store reports to inform decisions and identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in recruiting and developing store team members and fostering inclusivity.
• Train staff on internal operational functions and POS systems.
