Qualifications

• 6 months of leadership or management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work day, night and weekend shifts.
• Willing to serve as both On Duty Manager and Kitchen Team Member.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the manager on duty in the absence of salaried managers, leading the team and ensuring smooth store operations.
• Oversee, train, and evaluate the work of 3–6 employees per shift.
• Manage daily operations including product prep, sales, inventory, and guest service.
