Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Waukesha County is seeking a part-time Building Supervisor for the Tri County YMCA in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will help run a safe, welcoming facility and deliver quality customer service while upholding YMCA policies.

You will supervise staff, respond to emergencies, assist with tours or laundry as needed, and ensure the building closes securely. First Aid and CPR Certification are required or provided after hire.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous manager on duty, customer service, or first responder experience is required.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, reach, and climb stairs for extended periods.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Routinely walk all areas of the facility to monitor quality and staffing.
• Manage the building when directors are not present.
• Use program knowledge and schedules to deliver proactive assistance.
• Guide and/or redirect staff as necessary and appropriate.
• Assist with laundry or give tours as directed by leadership.
• Respond to emergencies per safety protocols; First Aid/CPR training provided.
