Apple Inc. is seeking a Wireless Analytics & Intelligence Software Engineer in the San Francisco Bay Area to advance telemetry, analytics, and diagnostics frameworks for wireless products.

You will work across the L1/PHY layer with cross-functional teams, tackling 4G/5G modem challenges and enhancing user experiences across Apple devices. You will deploy on-device ML models, design telemetry probes, and enable data mining and anomaly detection across WiFi, Bluetooth, and cellular stacks, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong OO programming skills in C++, Objective-C, or Swift.
• Experience with ML fundamentals and iOS machine learning frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain on-device ML models for telemetry and diagnostics.
• Design analytics modules that aggregate data across WiFi, Bluetooth, and Cellular stacks.
• Develop on-device telemetry probes for performance monitoring and anomaly detection.
• Build scalable telemetry data mining and anomaly/trend detection algorithms.
• Develop on-device and crowd-sourced learning frameworks for product experience improvement.
• Support product experimentation and A/B testing for ML model deployments.
