Job summary

Hokali, Inc. is seeking a flexible on-demand Field Operations Coordinator to support after-school programs at local school sites. You will visit partner schools to ensure programs run smoothly and adhere to Hokali’s standards.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with ASES and ELOP, supervising on-site activities, coordinating lesson plans, and managing site visit schedules. The role operates 1:00 PM–6:00 PM, may require travel to nearby schools, and offers competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Operations or a similar coordinator role.
• Direct experience working in a school or after-school environment.
• Solid understanding of ASES and ELOP frameworks.
• Legal authorization to work in the US.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program compliance and site operations across partner schools.
• Coordinate lesson plans and instructional activities.
• Visit schools during designated hours and coordinate with staff.
• Manage site schedules and weekly alignment meetings.
• Maintain records, sign-out sheets, and secure student data.
• Handle confidential program information securely.
