Hokali, Inc. is seeking a flexible, on-demand quality assurance coordinator to visit San Francisco-area schools and ensure programs run smoothly and align with Hokali’s standards.

You will leverage ASES and ELOP guidelines, supervise on-site activities, and manage lesson plans and documentation. This role offers a dynamic hourly schedule in the San Francisco area and room to grow within Hokali.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Operations or similar coordinator role.
• Direct experience working in a school or after-school environment is required.
• Strong understanding of ASES and ELOP program frameworks.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit local school sites to oversee program operations and ensure compliance with Hokali standards.
• Leverage knowledge of ASES/ELOP guidelines to ensure regulatory and operational compliance across sites.
• Coordinate lesson plan creation, tracking, and review to maintain program quality.
• Attend weekly alignment meetings to review priorities and plan site visitation schedules.
• Oversee site administrative tasks, including record-keeping and session documentation.
• Handle confidential program information, school directories, and student data securely.

Job description

This is a flexible, on-demand role focused on quality assurance. You will visit local school sites to ensure our programs run smoothly and adhere to HOKALI’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Qualifications & Compliance: Leverage prior experience with ASES (After School Education and Safety) and ELOP (Expanded Learning Opportunities Program) guidelines to ensure full regulatory and operational compliance across all sites.
• Class & On-Site Supervision: Visit partner schools within designated hours to oversee program execution, introduce yourself to school staff and instructors, and support live classroom operations.
• Instructional Coordination: Manage the end-to-end creation, tracking, and review of lesson plans to maintain program quality and educational standards.
• Schedule & Agenda Management: Attend weekly alignment meetings with the Operations Coordinator to review priorities and independently build your site visitation schedule.
• Documentation & Records: Oversee site administrative tasks, including accurate record-keeping, tracking sign-out sheets, and managing required session documentation.
• Information & Data Handling: Maintain and handle confidential program information, school directories, location details, and student data securely.

Schedule & Compensation

• Schedule: Dynamic hourly schedule within a 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM window (flexible, based on weekly operational demand).
• Rate: $35/hr
• Location: San Francisco, CA (with potential visits to nearby partner schools).

• Legal authorization to work in the US.
• Proven experience in Field Operations or a similar coordinator role.
