KeyPleaz contracts licensed real estate agents with paid, on-demand field assignments in their local market, including buyer and rental showings, property access, and other real estate tasks. We are currently expanding our network of licensed agents throughout Denver and the surrounding area.

This is a flexible opportunity to earn additional income on your own schedule while staying active in real estate and building your professional network.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado real estate license in good standing.
• Full MLS access for the Denver market.
• Experience showing homes in the Denver area.
• Able to show homes using an electronic lockbox.
• Smartphone required to run the KeyPleaz app.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Buyer and rental showings.
• Property access and condition checks.
• Runner assignments: lockbox, sign placement, key drops, documents.
