Job summary

KeyPleaz is seeking licensed real estate agents in the Denver area to take on flexible on-demand showings and related tasks. You choose assignments based on your availability, location, and the posted pay. This is 1099 independent contractor work, not employment.

You will earn per assignment, with typical payouts ranging from $30 to $100 per property, depending on the scope and number of properties in a single request. Direct deposit is used after completion.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado real estate license in good standing.

Position Overview

KeyPleaz contracts licensed real estate agents with paid, on-demand field assignments in their local market, including buyer and rental showings, property access, and other real estate tasks. We are currently expanding our network of licensed agents throughout Denver and the surrounding area.

This is a flexible opportunity to earn additional income on your own schedule while staying active in real estate and building your professional network. You choose the assignments that work for you based on your availability, location, and the pay offered by the posting agent.

Compensation & Benefits

Assignments are paid per completed assignment. The pay is shown on the assignment before you accept it. There is no bidding and no negotiating with the agent who posted it. Most completed assignments in this market pay between $30 and $100, and open houses generally pay more. Often there are several properties in a single request, and you are paid for each one. Payment is by direct deposit after the assignment is marked complete.

Not a Brokerage

KeyPleaz is not a real estate brokerage and does not provide brokerage services. Licensed agents who take assignments through KeyPleaz stay with their current brokerage and work under their own broker's supervision.
