Qualifications

• Minimum two years general work experience including driving and customer service.
• Must be 21+ years old and licensed driver for at least three years.
• Valid Texas Driver’s license and clean MVR required.

Responsibilities

• Drives Alternative Vehicles to transport passengers safely and courteously according to schedules.
• Drives Alternative Vehicles over specified routes, subject to change as demand changes.
• Add/remove trips via electronic tablet or as directed by METRO staff.
• Announce destinations and transfer points to passengers.
• Follow ADA requirements and safety procedures.
• Document trip problems and report accidents or incidents.
• Provide courteous customer service to internal and external customers.
