Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years’ experience with union or collective bargaining rules.

• One (1) year supervisory experience preferably in transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Bus Operators and ensures compliance with operational procedures.
• Manages daily activities associated with fixed route bus services.
• Responds to customer service interruptions and investigates complaints.
• Coordinates emergency responses and service recovery strategies.
