Magellan Health seeks a Military and Family Life Counselor for on-site short-term assignments and on-demand coverage. The role supports adults, children and families of service members with brief therapy, consultations and referrals at military installations.

The ARC counselor may work in DoDEA schools, youth programs or MFLC contexts, requiring school experience and strong crisis response skills. Immunizations and site rules may apply.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Health or Social Work.
• Current licensure as a behavioral health clinician.
• Ability to work with military personnel and families.

Responsabilités

• Provide non-medical, short-term counseling to adults, children and youth.
• Deliver training and health/wellness presentations.
• Enter counselor activity data daily and maintain confidentiality.
