The Freelance Firm is a national network of experienced, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide on-demand support for legal projects to client law firms across the country. We currently have an opportunity for an attorney with HR/Employment Law expertise in Illinois.

Requirements include: licensed in good standing to practice in Illinois, minimum 5 years’ HR/Employment Law experience, and strong written communication to deliver complete client responses.

Qualifications

• Licensed in good standing to practice law in Illinois.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR/Employment Law.
• In-depth understanding of HR/Employment Law in Illinois.
• Clear, concise, comprehensive written communicator - able to provide written, complete answers to client inquiries in one response in most cases.
• Some research, review, and drafting of employment and business law-related policies, forms, and documents.
• Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Self-starter and able to work independently.
