Thefreelancefirm is seeking a California-licensed HR/Employment Law attorney for remote, email/phone support engagements. This freelance role pays $75 per hour, with an initial focus on 5-10+ hours per week for on-demand projects across SMB clients.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of HR/Employment Law experience, excellent written communication, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines while delivering precise written responses to client inquiries.

Competenze

• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR/Employment Law.
• Clear, concise written communicator able to provide complete answers in one response
• Some research, review, and drafting of employment and business law-related policies, forms, and documents
