Job summary

Target in Pensacola is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to provide a welcoming guest experience and assist guests with finding items and resolving issues. You can work as much or as little as you like, with shifts posted by store leadership and picked via the myTime app.

Orientation and a short-term training schedule are required to prepare for the role. As an On-Demand TM, you will not be on the posted weekly schedule and must respond promptly to shift opportunities.
