Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate for On-Demand TM roles. You will create an easy, inspiring guest experience, greet and assist guests, and help with returns while maintaining store standards. You may pick up shifts via the myTime app, with a flexible schedule that varies by store needs.

Applicants should enjoy helping others, communicate well, and adapt to changing guest interactions. Training is provided to develop product knowledge and service skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests and fellow team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and helping them find items.
• Assist with returns and exchanges while following store policies.
• Operate handheld scanners and assist with checkout and bagging duties.
• Support other team members and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Promote Target services and loyalty programs to guests.
