Job summary

Target is looking for an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to support guests with a friendly, efficient service experience in-store. You will assist guests, operate scanners, explain benefits and services, and help with returns and purchases while maintaining store standards.

Shifts vary, and you will create your own schedule via the myTime app. Prioritizing guest satisfaction and teamwork is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, assist with needs, and resolve inquiries with a positive attitude.
• Explain store services, promotions, and loyalty programs to guests.
• Operate scanners and assist with item lookup and checkout.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and stock shelves as needed.
