Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to provide exceptional guest service and support across store operations. You’ll work a flexible schedule, picking up shifts as needed, with a focus on welcoming guests, answering questions, and guiding them through available services and apps.

• Demonstrate knowledge of Target loyalty programs and app features.
