Job summary

Target is seeking an On‑Demand Team Member to deliver friendly guest service and assistance in store. As a Guest Advocate, you will greet guests, help them locate items, resolve issues, and explain loyalty programs while maintaining a welcoming shopping environment.

You should be comfortable with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and peak times, and be able to work independently or with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find items, resolve issues and complete transactions.
• Support peers and adapt to busy store conditions while maintaining service quality.
• Explain Target LOYALTY programs and help with sign-ups when needed.
• Operate scanners and assist with Drive-Up and Order Pick Up as required.
