Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to support guests in our stores. You will create a welcoming experience, assist with item discovery, and help guests enroll in Wallet, Drive Up, and loyalty programs while adapting to shifting store needs.

The role emphasizes flexibility, prompt attendance, and positive interactions with teammates and leaders. Training will prepare you to work varying shifts and participate in a dynamic shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping flow.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately.
• Promote Target loyalty programs and assist with sign-up and activation.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and support peers as needed.
