Job summary

Target is hiring for an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) in-store. You will engage guests, assist with finding products, and drive guest satisfaction through friendly, efficient service.

This role requires flexibility to work varying shifts and a strong emphasis on teamwork and brand loyalty programs. As a Guest Advocate, you will help ensure a smooth shopping experience, greet guests, resolve issues, and support our team in delivering exceptional service across both in-store and digital

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to adapt to flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest interaction with a sincere thank you and friendly goodbye.
• Support team efforts and assist peers to maintain a positive work environment.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately at check lanes and with Drive Up/Order Pick Up.
• Promote Target loyalty programs and explain benefits to guests.
