Job summary

Target seeks an On-Demand Guest Advocate to provide friendly, efficient guest service in a fast-paced store environment. You will greet guests, assist with product finding, and help resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

You will work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and use the Target app and myTime scheduling tool to pick shifts. Training is provided to ensure you perform duties to brand standards.
