Flexibility to pick shifts is essential, with training and access to the myTime scheduling app. The role emphasizes teamwork, proactive guest engagement, and a service-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to remain focused and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced store.
• Willing to educate guests about products and services and assist with sign-ups.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture focused on the guest experience.
• Greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Assist guests in finding products and using store services and loyalty programs.
• Operate scanners and loyalty tools, and direct guests to enrollment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support various store services including pickup, drive-up, and returns.
