Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to engage guests, provide friendly assistance, and help run a smooth store operation. You will pick up shifts via the myTime app and support various guest services, including drive-up and order pick up. The role emphasizes flexibility to meet store needs and a strong guest-first mindset.

You will participate in Welcome orientation and training to prepare for responsibilities, with shifts varying by schedule and business demand.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture prioritizing the guest experience and service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming environment.
• Assist guests with products, services, and store processes to resolve needs.
• Support cashiering, order pickup, drive-up, and registry operations while maintaining safety and accuracy.
